Hope in a Harmony is a small non-profit based in the Waterloo Region.

What began as an idea between two friends (simply wanting to make a difference in mental health support within the community), quickly grew into something more. As we explored what that “more” could look like, we began to notice gaps that weren’t being addressed.

Our founder, Avery, co-creator of Voices of Hope, saw a particular need within the performing arts community: accessible, supportive spaces for adults who may not traditionally feel like they belong on stage. Whether due to mental health challenges, neurodivergence, or physical disabilities, many individuals are excluded; not by lack of passion, but by lack of opportunity and support.

Hope in a Harmony exists to change that.

We are a project-based organization, meaning each event or initiative may look different, but the purpose remains the same:
to fill gaps in our community and to empower individuals by creating spaces where they are supported, included, and able to thrive.

At our core, we believe that everyone deserves access, not just to resources, but to belong.

Please note: we are currently in the process of finalizing our Board of Directors. Biographies will be available soon.
